Dennis Wayne Deloach, 78, a dedicated family man and veteran, passed away on July 6, 2025, in Halethorpe, Maryland. Born on July 16, 1946, in Baltimore, Maryland, Dennis lived a life marked by service, love, and a passion for community.

He attended Mergenthaler Vocational Technical High School before joining the military. Dennis served his country with honor as a Quartermaster in the US Navy for six years. His commitment to service continued as he worked for the Baltimore City Police Department and fulfilled the role of Military Policeman in the US Army. He dedicated many years of his life to the military, ultimately retiring as a Sergeant First Class in 1990. He took great pride in his grandchildren, including Jason Gibson, Jr., Alex Manis, Olivia Manis, Harper Gibson, Chad Gibson, Jr., and Hudson Gibson, all of whom brought immense joy to his life. Dennis is also survived by his sisters-in-law, Vickie Foye (Keith), and Elaine Bosserman (Don); his brothers-in-law, Jerry Manis (Colleen), and Steve Manis (Cheryl), alongside many cousins, nieces, and nephews who will remember him fondly.
