Deborah G. Sweatt

 Deborah G. Sweatt, 67, of Harmans, passed away on June 20, 2024. She was born in Baltimore to the late William Francis and Lelia Mae Morsberger. Deborah found simple joys in life that brought her immense happiness. From the thrill of watching NASCAR and golf to the serenity of playing putt-putt, she appreciated the little moments. Her creative spirit shone through her love for coloring and drawing, while her curious mind found solace in reading and solving word search puzzles. Always informed about current events, she embraced each day with a sense of wonder. Her greatest joy of all was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Clark Morsberger.

Deborah is survived by her devoted husband of 28 years, Michael; loving children and stepson, Jessica Carter (Chad), Brandon Sharp (Rachel Egg) and Matt Sweatt; cherished grandchildren, Alice, Abigail, Aaden, Dylan, Zoey, Quinn and Gabby; dear sister, Paula Morsberger Davis (Kenneth); and her beloved nephews and niece, Justin Brown, Danny Morsberger and Rhiannon Sayada.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, Glen Burnie, on Tuesday, June 25th, from 5 - 8 PM, with a Celebration of Life service at 6 PM in the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
