Charles Edward Lester, Jr., 56, a lifelong resident of Glen Burnie, passed away on December 20, 2014. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on May 30, 1958. He was employed with CSX as an engineer since 1981. Charlie enjoyed working out, gardening, rescuing turtles and Airedale Terriers.
He is the beloved husband of Betty; devoted father of Chad Lester; cherished grandfather of Kendra; loving son of Betty and Charles E. Lester, Sr.; dear stepfather of Caitlin Callbeck and husband Scotty Millar; and caring brother of Linda Novak and husband Edward, Gus Lester and wife Debbie, Kenneth Lester and wife Linda. Charlie will also be missed by his dog, Hercules.
