Catherine M. Partin

Catherine Margaret Partin, 50, of Brooklyn Park, Maryland, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2023.  She was born in Baltimore, on December 5, 1972, to the late Linda and Robert Soto, Sr.   She graduated from Southern High School in 1990, and was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Baltimore, The Lady Belles of VFW Post 1820 in Temple, Texas, and Rising Phoenix Boutiques. Catherine loved cheering on the Ravens and Orioles, camping, and cooking, but more than anything, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

     Catherine is survived by her devoted husband of 27 years, Donald G. Partin, Jr.; her loving children, Ashley (Dustin Zellmer) Partin, Brandon Partin Sr., Alexis (Adia Maus) Partin, Dylan Partin, and Lucy Partin; her cherished grandchildren, Noah Zellmer, Brandon Partin Jr., and Skylar Zellmer; her dear siblings, Bob Soto (Sandy), Joseph Soto (Alicia), and Angie Soto; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Catherine was predeceased by her daughter, Breanna Partin.

      Family and friends are invited to gather at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2^nd Avenue, S.W. (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie, on Saturday, Oct. 7^th and Sunday, Oct. 8^th, from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 PM.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, 11 AM, in the funeral home chapel.  Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
