Bonnie High

Bonnie Lee-Smith High, 66, of Laurel, passed away on February 1, 2015. She was born on April 15, 1948 to the late Marvin and Irene Smith. She graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore campus and worked in marketing at Verizon, formerly C&P Telephone Company. Bonnie was a member of the Eastern Star, Laurel Chapter and St. Philip's Episcopal Church. Bonnie enjoyed gardening, reading, studying the Bible, needle work and watching sports, especially the Orioles and Ravens.
She is survived by her cousins, JoAnn Plichta and husband David, Scott Plichta and wife Sharon, Geoff Smith and wife Joan, Maxine Smith and Christine Bounds; and her dear friends, Oliver Schreiber, Pat Bernhardt and their families.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Philip's Episcopal Church.
