On February 28, 2013 BILL STAMER, JR. of Elkridge; beloved husband of 47 years to Lyn; loving father of Trey Stamer and wife Tina, and Warren Stamer; dear brother of Jerry and Tim Stamer. He is also survived by many extended relatives and friends. Bill was preceded in death by two siblings, Robin and Edward Stamer, and his parents, Catherine and Bill Stamer, Sr. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place; Memphis, TN 38105.
