Betty Sue Holland

     On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, Betty Sue Holland of Brooklyn Park, MD, passed away suddenly. The beloved wife of the late Billy R. Holland; beloved mother of Polly S. Kaline and her husband, William, Donna V. Knickman and her husband, Earl, Janet R. Lawhorn and her husband, Larry, Kim L. Pippin and her husband, Chris Smith, and the late Ronald K. Holland; devoted grandmother of Eric, Michael, Jamie, Shelly, Ronald Jr., Sandy, Jeffrey, Samantha and the late William; loving great-grandmother of Mason, Landon, Tilghman, Cameron, Ryder, Piper, Harper, Felicity, Kaylee, Kallen, Tanner, Abigail, Mikey and Kaitlyn. She is also survived by her great-great grandson, Austin. In addition to her son, she was also preceded in death by her parents, Obera and Reuben Dixon.

     Family and friends are invited to gather at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, 1 2nd Avenue, SW ,(at Crain Highway), Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. where a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 12:00 noon. Her graveside service and interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, Glen Burnie, MD.

     If desired, memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
