Beatrice Ruth Chaney, 82, passed away on March 19, 2013 at her home in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia. Beatrice was born in 1930 in Maryland. She worked as a secretary for the US Government. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Elwood Chaney; children, Douglas Barrick, JoAnn Selba, Brenda Helm, Marie Daniel, and Ronald Chaney; step-daughter, JoAnn Weiland; and numerous grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Christine Dean and Lisa Reed; and step-brother, Robert Chaney.
