Alice Gibbs

   Alice T. Gibbs, 91, went Home to be with Lord on August 19, 2022. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Paul and Dorothy Tetereff. She was a longtime and active member of Severn Christian Church. Alice was also very active in the Baywoods community. An avid golfer, she received many trophies and participated in the Baywoods golf championship. She enjoyed traveling, and spending time with her family. Her infectious smile and laughter will be missed by many. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Lydia Goidich and Evelyn Shuma.   

   Alice is survived by her devoted husband of 67 years, Joseph Leroy Gibbs; loving sons, Jeff and his wife, Deb, Paul and his wife, Nancy; and cherished grandchildren, Aimee, Michael and Jimmy.   

   A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, August 27th, 9 AM, at Severn Christian Church. Interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Severn Christian Church Youth Ministry, 8132 New Cut Road, Severn, MD 21144.
