December 30, 1938 — February 8, 2018

Joan Marie Collett, 79, of Fayetteville, PA, formerly of Glen Burnie, passed away on February 8, 2018. She retired from NSA after 30 years of service. Joan enjoyed painting, cooking, traveling and playing cards. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddy Collett.
Joan is survived by her sons, David Devlin Sr. and Dane Devlin; grandson, David Devlin Jr.; and her brother, Lewis Hipp.
Visitation will be held at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, Glen Burnie, on Wednesday, Feb. 14th, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, 10 AM, in the funeral home chapel. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery.
