Felix Mercado-Rivera

Felix Luis Mercado-Rivera, 66, of Millersville, passed away on August 6, 2018 at Anne Arundel Medical Center. He was born in Puerto Rico to the late Felix Mercad-Nunez and Francisca Rivera-Febus. He honorably served his country in the Army, retiring after 23 years of service. Felix enjoyed spending time with his family, watching tv, cooking, loved music and dancing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Edna Mercado-Rivera.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Theresa A. Bapisteller; loving children, Felix Mercado-Arenas and his wife, Rebecca, Monica Martin and her husband, Jermaine, Nanouka Mercado-Johnstone and her husband, Damon; and his cherished grandchildren, Zaylah Lee, Johanna Johnstone, Giselle Martin, Inez Mercado, Christian Mercado-Johnstone and Xiomara Mercado.
The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Thursday, August 9th, from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. Interment will be held at 2:30 PM on Monday, August 13th, at Maryland Veterans Cemetery.
