Barbara Knickelbein

On, February 12, 2018, Barbara Anne Knickelbein, 74, of Glen Burnie, passed away at her home. Barbara was born on June 9, 1943, in Washington, DC, to the late Helen and George Neilson. She sold various health and household products for many years with Shaklee, and was a member of the singing groups - Sweet Adeline's & Harbour City Music Company Region 19, as well as a choir member at Glen Burnie United Methodist Church. She was an activist for NOCASINO. She also volunteered for the U.S.O at BWI. Barbara loved attending church, traveling, camping, Ocean City, Maryland, playing the piano, organ, and guitar, watching soap operas and Fox News. She loved eagles and all of her pets over the years.
Barbara is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years, Carl A. Knickelbein; her loving daughter, Julia H. Bell; her beloved son-in-law, Samuel J. Bell, Jr.; her cherished sister, Bonnie Lou Austin; and her dear niece & nephew, Cindy Austin and George Austin.
