Virginia Trevillian

Virginia Lee Trevillian, 87, of Pasadena, Maryland, passed away on Saturday, May 8th 2021 at Atria Manresa in Annapolis, MD. Virginia was born in Baltimore City to the late Robert and Mamie Trevillian along with her brother Robert Jr.

Virginia earned her GED and went on to attend Medix School to become a Nursing Assistant. She worked for 20 years at a Podiatrist Office in Annapolis, Maryland, she was responsible for billing, working with patients and assisting the doctor with procedures. Virginia joined the United Methodist Church and the women’s group. She would volunteer her time for Sunday school, bake sales and bazars. She enjoyed going on several bus trips with her friends from the church.

Virginia and her cousin Doris Sheppard were very close and Doris was more like a sister to her. They shared a lot of time together raising their sons and having family time.

Virginia was a season ticket holder for the Baltimore Orioles, and loved attending games, she also enjoyed old classic movies and the Red Hatter Club. She also was a fan of traveling, she went to Dolly World, New York City, Ocean City, many cruises, and trips to Vegas and Florida.

Virginia leaves behind her sons and their wives. Marvin T. Burkindine, Larry and Margaret Burkindine, Mitchell and Lori Burkindine. She is a proud grandmother of Larry Burkindine Jr., Melissa Tippett, Michael Panzarotto, Mandy Peterson, Brittani Burkindine, Cristina Serio, Katie Burkindine, and several great grandchildren, Kendall Tippett, Pete Tippett Jr., Curtis Giordana, Macie Peterson and Michael and Anthony Panzarotto and a baby to be by Cristina Serio.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Thursday, May 13th, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.  A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 14th at 11 a.m. at Glen Burnie United Methodist Church located at 5 Second Ave SE, Glen Burnie and led by Pastor Kenneth A. McDonald, interment to follow after the service at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
