Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services is proud to be part of the local community for over 87 years. In order to protect the families we serve, the General Public and our Staff, we will follow the directives received from Local, State and National health officials to reduce the potential of possible spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The following are our policies and procedures at this time, which have been established in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Effective Friday, June 12, 2020, our maximum capacity limit will be up to 40 people in the Funeral Home at one time, either for viewings, funerals or memorial services. Once at the 40 person limit, there will be a wait to enter the funeral home. Due to the capacity limit of 40 people, some families may choose to arrange funerals inside the funeral home as a public, private or by an invitation only event.
Please keep in mind that everyone must continue to wear masks and maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other people and avoid all personal contact, such as touching or hugging. If you are sick, showing any symptoms or may have been exposed, we're asking that you please self-quarantine so as not to expose anyone else. We also offer broadcasting of the funeral and memorial services via Zoom.
Please know that we’ve varied our office hours during the pandemic and are currently limiting our arrangement conferences to no more than 4 family members and by appointment only. We’re also providing the option to plan services through phone meetings, email or video conferencing. This policy established will permit us to serve families in a fashion that will afford protection to all involved.
Your questions are welcomed during your funeral arrangement or by calling our funeral home directly at any time. We pledge our continued support to the families we serve, as well as containing and limiting exposure to COVID-19.
