On January 29, 2010; ANNA ROSE TUERK; beloved wife of the late Carl S. Tuerk; step mother of James & Gerry Tuerk; dear sister of Josephine Peffley. She is also survived by many step grandchildren, nieces and nephews and was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.
Anna was born and raised in Pasadena, MD and was a homemaker for 50 years. She enjoyed writing poetry and drawing pictures for the family. Anna loved to take long walks in the woods. She and Carl retired to Sudlersville, MD and lived there for 16 years. Anna then moved to Lake Placid, Florida where she has spent the last seven years.
