William Courtney

William Frederick Courtney, 87, of Glen Burnie, passed away on August 12, 2016. He was born in Baltimore to the late George and Anna Courtney. William honorably served his country in the Navy from 1948-1954. He enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling and was an avid reader. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Dolores; and his two sons, William M. and Thomas J. Courtney.
He is survived by his daughters, Susan C. Wright and her husband Bruce, Cynthia C. Freburger and her husband Jack; four grandchildren, Pamala Courtney, Nicholas Courtney, Andrew Freburger and Daniel Wright; and one great-granddaughter, Josalin Courtney.
