Walter Clay Lowery, 84 of Ellicott City passed away at his home on February 6, 2012. He was born on November 15, 1927 in Maryland. Mr. Lowery served during WWII in the US Navy and was a member of the American Legion. He enjoyed woodworking and skeet shooting. Clay is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Anna M. Lowery; his children, Michael Lowery and Kimberly Baumgarten. He is also survived by three sisters and one grandson.
