Thomas Bezelik

Thomas Paul Bezelik, a loving husband and father, passed away on December 22, 2011 at the age of 64. He was born to the late Paul and Alice Bezelik, on January 23, 1947, in Baltimore, Maryland. Thomas graduated from Southern High School in 1965 and attended college. Thomas also served in the United States Navy from 1967 to1972 and was awarded a National Defense Service Medal. After his service, Thomas met and married Darlene Bezelik in 1972 and had two daughters, Paula and Nicole Bezelik, and had resided in Crownsville for the past 31 years.
Thomas retired in 2008 from the National Security Agency, in which he worked for 42 years. He enjoyed his job and had a never-ending passion for learning. He was an avid collector and was a caring and thoughtful husband, father and a good-hearted person.
Thomas is survived by his wife Darlene Bezelik, his two daughters: Paula and Nicole Bezelik, his three sisters: Theresa Cornelius, Dorothy Jenkins and Joyce Clark, his niece Cindy Ponder and nephew Mark Cornelius.
