Thelma Backof

Thelma Anna Backof, 96, of Glen Burnie, passed away on September 28, 2013. Thelma was born on May 27, 1917 in Baltimore, MD to the late Marie and Arthur Coleman. She was the owner and operator of Point Pleasant Inn for 20 years. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Thelma was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 65 years, Joseph F. Backof. Jr. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Bonnie DiGiorgio and Sharon Cummings; four loving grandchildren, and eight cherished great-grandchildren.
