Sarah Horrigan

Sarah D. Horrigan, 91, of Glen Burnie, passed away on September 14, 2013. Sarah was born on March 28, 1922 in Baltimore, MD to the late Theresa and Pasquale D'Alfonzo and she graduated first in her class from Southern High School in 1940. She then went on to work for and retire from Admiral Cleaners as an office manager. Sarah volunteered at the Tate Center; and with Meals on Wheels for over 25 years with her niece, Fran Selway. She loved reading , hosting family events, and the Orioles.
Sarah was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 64 years, Edward Rudolph Horrigan. She is survived by her beloved son, Michael Horrigan and his wife Kathleen, and beloved daughter, Kathy Bish and her husband Stephen; her loving grandchildren, Jaime, Kevin, Stephen, and Benjamin Horrigan, and Patrick and Jessie Bish; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Leilah, Evelyn, and Eli Horrigan, and Alexander Bish.
