ROSALIE M. DEAN, 69, of Glen Burnie, MD passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center on December 4, 2012. Rosalie was born in Maryland on July 18, 1943 to the late Concetta and Richard Gavigan. She enjoyed making everyone around her feel special. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, David. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Dennis; two daughters, Barbara and Lisa; two sons, Joey and Tony; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
