On April 16, 2013 Ronald Polek, 48, a resident of Severn, passed away at his home. He was born in Baltimore, MD on July 7, 1964 to Janet and Joseph Polek. He attended St. Philip Neri School and Andover High School, graduating in 1982. He was employed with Khovanian Homes as a project manager for seven years. Ron was a member of Corkers Creek Hunting Club and Heritage Community Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family, crabbing, fishing, hunting and boating. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of seven years, Sharon; two sons, Ryan Herwig and wife Susan and Aaron Paul Herwig; grandson, Trystan Paul Herwig and one on the way; sister, Sharon Clark and husband Walter; two nieces, Rachel and Madison Clark; and parents-in-law, Sandra and Robert P. Musselman, Sr. He is also survived many friends and extended relatives. Donations may be made to Heritage Community Church, 8146 Quarterfield Road; Severn, MD 21144.
