Phyllis Moon

Phyllis Moon, 79, a resident of Glen Burnie for over 30 years, passed away on May 4, 2015 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She was born in Kannapolis, North Carolina on November 11, 1935 to the late James and Flora Childers. She worked in the import/export trade for many years. Phyllis was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Brooklyn and greatly enjoyed spending time with her family, bowling and shopping.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Bob; two children, Bobby Moon and his wife Cathy, Terry McFarland and her husband Mike; seven grandchildren, Michael (Janet), Billy (Jen), Holly (Shawn), Brandi (Billy), Ryan (Sara), Kyle and Rebecca; six great-grandchildren, Mason, Madison, Abby, Conor, Jackson and Olive Pickle; and dear cousins, Jenny Lynn, Doug and Dean of North Carolina.
