Pamela Neice

Pamela Jean Neice, 66, of Baltimore, passed away on January 11, 2015. She was born in Frostburg, Maryland, on January 8, 1949 to Shirley and the late John Quinn. Pamela was a devoted Security Guard for over 20 years at Harbor Hospital. Pamela is survived by her cherished mother, Shirley M. Quinn; her loving daughter, Shirley M. Clapp and her husband Don; her beloved grandchildren, Maitland, Amanda, and Abigail; her dear sister Sheila K. Parker and her husband Tom; her remembered niece Melissa A. Thomas and her husband Craig and her great-nephews, Hunter and Heath. She was predeceased by her father, John A. Quinn and her sister, Jacqueline R. Quinn.
