On February 28, 2014 OPAL STAFFORD of Halethorpe; beloved wife of the late Harold Stafford; devoted mother of Tammy R. Mehiel and her husband Mickey and Richard T. Stafford and fiancé Cathy Ingram; cherished grandmother of Richard S. Stafford, Nicholas Mehiel, Elena Mehiel and Christa Stafford; loving great-grandmother of Christian and Cameron Stafford; dear sister of Helen Bruce, Janet Johns and the late James and Homer Lamb, Jr. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
