On October 31, 2012; MARY V. O'NEILL (nee Whaley) beloved wife of the late Edward J. O'Neill; devoted mother of Patrick J. O'Neill; loving sister of Julia Riesett; very dear friend of Dale Meyers. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mary retired after 25 years with the State of Maryland. Throughout her entire life, Mrs. O'Neill was always encouraging people to do good things. She was the rock of her family.
