Mary Cowan

Mary L. Cowan (nee Hartman), 50, a resident of Ocean City for 18 years, passed away on February 24, 2013 at Atlantic General Hospital. Mary was born on February 23, 1963 in Baltimore, MD to Mary and the late Ronald Hartman and graduated from Andover High School in 1981. She is survived by her two children, Carly and Richie Rusk; mother, Mary Hartman; two brothers, Ronald and Steve Hartman; and longtime companion, Darryl Askins. Mary is also survived by many extended relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rusk Children's College Fund c/o Ron Hartman.
