Margaret Pierpoint

PIERPOINT, MARGARET "PEGGY", 88, a resident of Glen Burnie, MD, for 56 years, suddenly passed away at her home on October 27, 2011. Born October 5, 1923 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Margaret Uhlhorn. She is a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church and loved to go out and go shopping. Peggy was an avid reader, enjoyed crossword puzzles, yardwork and spending time with her family. She will always be remembered as the "Thank You Card Queen". In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Joseph Pierpoint, one grandson, Michael Cooper, four brothers and one sister. She is survived by her children, Barbara Bunn and husband John, Charles Pierpoint and wife Sharon, Denise Dunkerly and husband Richard and Eileen Steele; 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Katherine Wiedel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 801 Stevenson Road; Severn, MD 21144.
