Lula Burnopp

On March 11, 2013 Lula E. Burnopp, 96, a resident of Millersville, passed away at her home. She was born on December 2, 1916 in Princeton, WV to the late Jacob and Biddie Helsel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howell Burnopp, Sr., one son, Howell Burnopp, Jr. and one grandson, Austin Burnopp. She is survived by her children, Jacob "Gus" Burnopp, Sr., William "Bill" Burnopp, Sr. and Veyonna Preston; numerous grandchildren; and two sisters, Flossie Smith and Juanita Chapman.
