Leah T. Proctor, 57, of Glen Burnie passed away on July 9, 2014 at Baltimore Washington Medical Center. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, David Proctor; two daughters, Lisa Ramsey and Theresa Marshall and her husband Joseph; three grandchildren, Canesha, Savanna and Robert Marshall; brother, Lawrence Haymaker and his wife Lisa; mother, Mary Haymaker; and many nieces and nephews.
