Lawrence C. Ecklund, 90, passed away on June 8, 2015 at his daughter's home. He was born in Hallock, Minnesota on September 6, 1924. He enjoyed yardwork, walking and was an avid Cubs and Orioles fan. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Ruth C. Ecklund.
Lawrence is survived by his daughter, Linda Susan Foehrkolb; two grandchildren, Christopher Mitchell and his wife Shannon, Amanda Susan Bilenki and her husband Christopher; four great-grandchildren, Hayley, Carson, Ava and Elyssa; and sister-in-law, Patricia Shaffer and her husband Vernon.
