LaVerda Ensey Carrigan, 49, of Odenton passed away on October 29, 2013 at her home. LaVerda was born in 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the owner and operator of Bull's Eye Sports Bar & Grill in Millersville. She enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family, shooting pool, and the Baltimore Ravens. LaVerda also loved her three dogs and she was known for always saying "Bet you 20". She is survived by her husband, Robert Carrigan; son, Joe Keller; two step-daughters, Jennifer Kilian and Meaghan Carrigan; three grandchildren, Chazalynn, Alyssa and Landon; and three dogs, Ruby, Diamond and Elvis.
