Joseph Neary

April 25, 1942 — March 6, 2015

On Friday March 6, 2015, Mr. Joseph W. Neary, 72, of Glen Burnie, passed away at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Mr. Neary was born on April 25, 1942 in Plains, PA to Joseph and Helen Neary. Joseph honorably served our country in the Army between 1962 - 64. After the Army he worked as an Analyst for N.S.A. for 35 years. Mr. Neary belonged to the Pasadena Sport Fishing Group and was a Reserve Officer for D.N.R. He also belonged to the Phoenix Society, was a Civilian Welfare Fund Representative, an Usher at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, and served as an Election Judge for many years. Joseph loved to go fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Mr. Neary is survived by his wife of 52 years Natalie Neary. He is also survived by his daughter, Rose Ann Verrilli and her husband Daniel, his son, Joseph W. Neary, his grandchildren; Torri, Sebastian, Shilo, and Hayden Verrilli, and Madison, Rebecca, and McKenzie Neary, and his brother, Ronald Neary.
The family request memorial contributions to be made to The Children's Cancer Foundation, 5570 Sterrett Place, Columbia, MD 21044.
