Jennie Alt

Jennie Norrine Alt, 88 of Catonsville passed away on June 3, 2018. Mrs. Alt was born on July 31, 1929 to the late, Wilbert Leroy and Jennie Pearl Miles. She is survived by her beloved husband, Michael Alt, Sr.; her children, Michael Alt, Jr., Timothy Alt, Marianne Gruss, Patricia Ford, Susan Shelley, Paul Alt, Regina McClain, Janet Persichitti and Mark Alt; her brother, Wilbert Miles, Jr. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Alt was a Registered Nurse and worked at Shock Trauma and she ran the Mobile Units for the Red Cross. She was also a Den Mother in her younger years. She was a strong person and enjoyed taking care of everyone. She will be deeply missed.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Philip Neri Church, Linthicum on Thursday, June 7th at 10 AM. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
