Jeanne Banke

Jeanne M. Banke, 80, of Linthicum, passed away on July 11, 2014. She was born on October 22, 1933 in Baltimore, MD to the late Murray and Emma Adams. Jeanne was a past Girl Scout leader and was very active with Friendship Church of the Brethren and the Severna Park Parkinson's Group. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cake decorating, cooking and bargain hunting.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Marion; three children, Cheryl Wilkes and husband Jim, Kenneth Banke and wife Connie and Lisa C. Parker and husband Bud; eight grandchildren, George W. Parker, IV, LT Daniel Banke, USMC, Jeremiah C. Parker, Katie Wilkes, Stephen Banke, Jacob B. Parker, Lauren Wilkes and Emily Wilkes; and four siblings, Murray Adams, Jr., Dolores Schott, Jane Joines and Michael Adams.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the National Parkinson Foundation, Gift Processing Center, PO Box 5018; Hagerstown, MD 21741.
