James Edward Thurston, Jr., 57, of Glen Burnie, passed away on November 22, 2012 at Harbor Hospital. He was born in Ft. Meade, MD on April 6, 1955 to the late Carolyn and James E. Thurston, Sr. James was a truck driver for many years and not only was that his job, but he enjoyed driving trucks and riding his motorcycle. James is survived by his loving daughter, Jamie Lea Howell, and his step-sons, Larry Justin Thompson and Brian Michael Dedo; four cherished grandchildren; three beloved siblings, Larry Guy Thurston, Carolyn Deborah Nicholson, and Joyce Ann Miller; and four nieces and one nephew.
