Helen Mckinney

Juanita McKinney, 91, a resident of Severn for 45 years, passed away on January 15, 2014 at Kris Leigh Assisted Living. She was born in Caryville, TN on May 16, 1922 to the late James and Mollie Sheffield. She was an active member of Heritage Community Church and greatly enjoyed working outside, quilting and sewing. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Elease Martin; and her husband, William Herman McKinney. Juanita is survived by her two daughters, Drucilla Horne and Norma Bowman and husband Glenn; four grandchildren, Terry Luttrell, Kim Slattery, Elena Hammond and Heather Wheat; eight great-grandchildren, Mandy, Brandon, Samantha, Kaleigh, Seth, Elease, Tyler and William; and four great-great-grandchildren, Lacey, Lorena, Gaby and Emma.
