Eleanor D. Balze, 75, a resident of Glen Burnie for 50 years, passed away on May 23, 2013 at her home. She was born in Long Beach, CA on November 14, 1937 to the late John and Marie Donehoo. She worked for 20 years at Quest Diagnostics and also volunteered at George Cromwell Elementary as an aid from 1974-1980. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul J. Balze. She is survived by three children, Paul Balze, Michele Balze and Jennifer Madigan; and two grandsons, Thomas and David Madigan.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the VFW or to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation.
