Dorothy Lee Mullins, 91, of Severn, formerly of Brooklyn Park for 52 years, passed away on February 23, 2013. Dorothy was born on December 31, 1921 in Seco, KY to the late Milburn and Elsie Boggs. She was employed with Westinghouse and retired after 25 years of service. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, knitting and reading her Bible. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Carl Mullins. Dorothy is survived by her son, James Mullins; two grandchildren, James Mullins, Jr. and Teresa Cain; and three great-grandchildren, Michael Cain, Haley Mullins and Tyler Mullins.
