On January 12, 2015, Dorothy E. Mellor, of Linthicum Heights, passed away at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Ms. Mellor was the loving daughter of the late James A. and the late Ethel L. Mellor, and the dear sister of the late Doris L. Mellor.
