Doretta S. Jacobs, 66, of Odenton passed away at her residence on March 22, 2014. Doretta was born on April 28, 1947 in Irving, Kentucky, to William and Neva Rockwell. She worked at Basys, Inc. in Linthicum, MD as an Administrative Assistant. Doretta enjoyed being a grandmother and spending time with her family.

Doretta is survived by her husband of 48 years, Douglas Jacobs; her children; Jeffrey Jacobs and his wife Hannah, Julie Darling and her husband David, and Craig Jacobs, and her grandchildren; Meghan Jacobs, Amy Jacobs, Jacob Darling, Seth Jacobs, and Faith Darling.
