DEBRA MARTIN, 59 of Severna Park, passed away at her residence on June 1, 2013. Debra was born on August 19, 1953 in Baltimore. She was a Human Resource Manager. Debra was a member of the Bodkin Yacht Club. She enjoyed boating and the beach, loved reading and her dogs. Debra is survived by her beloved husband of 10 years, Tom Martin; her step children, Keith Martin, Debbie Martin and Michelle Tepper; her sister, Vivian Napert; her nieces, Stephanie Orem, Karen Fisher and Donna Prezioso. She is also survived by step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
