Daniel Garrity

On November 11, 2012, DANIEL JOSEPH GARRITY of Millersville; beloved husband of Sharon C. Garrity; loving stepfather of Brian and Heath Williams; cherished grandfather of Brian Williams, Jr.; devoted great-grandfather of Sky and Isabella Williams; dear brother of Mary Holt, Colleen Mast, Pat Garrity, Tim Garrity and Harry Garrity.
Dan served his country proudly in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era and was in the 1st Calvary, Army Engineers, and the 82nd Airborne. He then went on to work at Northrup Grumman for 34 years. Dan was a member of the American Legion Post 276 in Severn, H.O.G. of Annapolis, and Old Glory H.O.G. of Laurel and he donated to many charities. Dan enjoyed snow skiing, boating, riding motorcycles, and loved kids. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake Hospice Fund, 445 Defense Hwy, Annapolis, MD 21401.
