Clifton Kitzmiller

Clifton D. Kitzmiller, 78, of Glen Burnie, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on June 18, 2015. He was born in Elk Garden, West Virginia on September 1, 1936 to the late Stephen and Irene Kitzmiller. Cliff proudly served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1962. He became a Journeyman Ironworker in November 1964 and retired from Local 16 after many years of service. Cliff was a longtime member of the American Legion Post 187 and greatly enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved crabbing and fishing with his grandchildren, cooking, yardwork and watching baseball and football.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Patricia; and four siblings, Thurman, Robert, Kenneth and Elemar.
Cliff is survived by his daughter, Barbara Kitzmiller; two stepdaughters, Virginia Powell and Victoria Rice; three grandchildren, Tracy, Thomas and JC; two great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Matthew; and two sisters, Donna Rush and Judy Kitzmiller.
