Carole Meldrom

On May 22, 2018, Carole Jean Meldrom, 56, of Crownsville, passed away suddenly at her home. Carole was born on September 23, 1961, in Annapolis, to Nancy L. Smith and Daniel J. Meldrom. Carole earned her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Anne Arundel Community College, and her Nursing Certification from University of Maryland. After retiring as a Nurse, Carole worked at Chico's in Waugh Chapel, and helped the elderly through home health care. Carole was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the A.P.A. She enjoyed shooting pool, cheering on the Ravens, Orioles, and Capitals, going to the beach, and listening to music.
Carole is survived by her cherished daughter, Brenda L. Michael; her beloved mother, Nancy L. Smith and her step-father, Charles Smith; her dear father, Daniel J. Meldrom; her loving siblings, Diana Womick, Kelly Ross and Christopher Smith; her remembered brothers-in-law, Fred Womick and Bill Ross. Carole is also survived by many nephews.
The family will receive visitors at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 528 Higgins Drive, Odenton, Maryland, 21113, on Wednesday, May 30th, from 10-11 AM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held immediately following at 11 AM. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
