ANGELICA CRISTINA PLA, 52, of Glen Burnie passed away on November 21, 2012 at her home. She was born on March 15, 1960 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Estela and the late Hector Manuel Vazquez. Angelica was a human resource assistant for the U.S. Naval Academy. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her gandchildren. Angelica is survived by her devoted husband of 33 years, Joaquin E. Pla; her loving children, Joaquin T. Pla, Maria C. Pla, and Juan C. Pla; his cherished grandchildren, Manny Tomas Pla, Nolan Joaquin Pla, Josie Marie Pla, and one more on the way; her beloved mother, Estela Virella; and her dear siblings, Hector Vazquez, Maria Williams, Estela Diaz, Milagros Salib, Orlando Vazquez, Eduardo Vazquez, and Gabriel Vazquez; Angelica was preceded in death by her father, Hector Manuel Vazquez, and her brother Ivan Vazquez.
